Bought myself 3kg of Parma Violets to celebrate working with a new client.
It’s a lot. Banana for scale, obviously.
The client? 🙋🏻♀️ She’s a franchisee, and actually the THIRD franchisee I have started working with in as many weeks.
Franchisee are often brilliant practitioners who buy into a known brand to give them a way to work for themselves.
A great shortcut.
But one thing I have realised is that being a brilliant practitioner who owns a known brand, doesn’t automatically make you a Brillant Business Owner.
And that’s where I come in 👋🏼
All three franchisees have chosen to work with me to understand how to make their businesses more profitable, and how to scale them without burning out.
It’s a fantastic niche to be in, and I would love to talk to more franchisees to help them become Brilliant Business Owners; and franchisors who want someone on their books who can provide this service from the start of the franchisee’s journey.
If that’s you, let’s chat over a Parma Violet or two.
