There’s no one specific roadmap to success, but John Wooden’s “Pyramid of Success” has been a model we’ve shaped our leadership and core values around since before we started our company. Wooden’s pyramid was developed after decades of determining the traits and characteristics of highly successful people. This outline has been shared with teams and businesses alike, instilling a drive for excellence. This pyramid holds great significance to the Hughes Marino team, and we have it hanging in many of our offices across the country. One of the best experiences of my life was meeting Coach Wooden at a basketball camp. A true leader with long standing principles in his Pyramid of Success

Coach Wooden was once asked who was the best coach he ever went up against; his reply was “ the one with the better players”. With Alcindor and Walton back to back; you are going to win some championships!
