Closing a chapter on a leadership journey is never easy. It’s tough to step back after pouring so much passion, energy, and heart into something and to let others take the baton. Leadership isn’t just about the time spent or the goals achieved; it’s about the relationships built, the challenges faced, and the growth experienced along the way. While it’s hard to say goodbye to Engage Dallas, I’m grateful for every lesson learned and every person who has been part of this journey. Though this chapter is ending, the impact will continue to shape my path forward.
