Download Kapfou on playstore and join a community of compassionate givers making a difference in healthcare

This week, I was invited by a local radio in Douala Dynamic FM 103.9 to discuss healthcare in Cameroon and share more about our work at KapFou ♥. I was asked a lot of interesting questions among which some of the more relevant ones I think I can share with you 1. What is KapFou? (Kap = money Fou = medicines in Medumba). KapFou is a medical remittance platform from anywhere in the world to Cameroon. We have on our platform: ● Users who are patients in needs of medicines or hospital treatments, ● Angels who can be a family member living in the diapora and willing to pay for their medicines directly to a pharmacy or hospital based in Cameroon or any donors with a good heart who feel the need to register on our platform and pay people medicines for free. ● Local hospitals and pharmacies 2. On the KapFou advantage: Why KapFou? KapFou offers: TRUST to those Cameroonians living in the diapora who aren't always sure whether the money they sent for medicines or medical treatments are always used for this specific purpose SECURITY for those in the dispora who are concerned whether the medicines consumed by their love ones are of good quality and not street medicines and whether the treatment they are receiving are done by hospital professionals 3. On UHC in Cameroon: what role can the private sector play? It is my own opinion that the private sector can help the government achieve its UHC objectives. Some of the key areas we can contribute to are innovative technologies, and financing. KapFou is an innovative platform that facilitate payment directly to the pharmacy or a hospital for the medical needs of a patient by a donor or a family member based in the diapora.
