The purpose of every human life is to learn and to teach.

Lesson 2

Explore these seven life skills and suggested readings.

How about opening a basic bank account., and managing on a budget? How about food, nutrition, diet and cooking, on a budget! Do you know how many people can't cook a cheap yet nutritious meal for themselves? How about levelling up on the literacy skills so the average person can understand their own tax bill, water bill, TV licence, housing benefits etc? How about basic hygiene and how to use a washing machine? How about exercise and movement as a daily form of medicine? How about teaching people about their own bodies so they can stop outsourcing their health to the drug happy whitecoats, and have some confidence and agency over their own health. Sure, lets start teaching people emotional hygiene and let's throw in sleep hygiene while we're at it. Lets not forget dental hygiene, from an early age and forever more. Lets think about teaching people the absolute basics so they can have half a chance in hell of some semblance of quality of life in this pitiful country. Lets think about elevating the marginalised, and the working class people who are in nothing but survival mode right now, before we get to the trending psycho-literature.
