Time is the great equalizer—every day, each of us is allocated the same 24 hours, much like seeds given to a farmer. How we choose to invest these ‘time seeds’ determines the landscape of our personal and professional lives. Will we plant them in ventures that yield temporary satisfaction, or will we nurture them in endeavors that promise long-term growth and fulfillment? This image of an hourglass with seeds sprouting at its base encapsulates the essence of strategic time investment. It's a vivid reminder that every second is an opportunity to cultivate the future we envision for ourselves and our careers. As the saying goes, 'The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.' Like a wise farmer making thoughtful choices, let’s consciously invest our time, focusing on activities that enhance our careers, enrich our personal and professional relationships, and contribute to meaningful achievements. As we reflect on our daily choices, consider this: are you planting your ‘time seeds’ in the gardens where they will thrive best? #trustrmc #TimeManagement #CareerGrowth #StrategicInvesting"

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴?🌱 As part of our exciting transition from Global Savings Group to Atolls, we've been finding creative ways to embrace change sustainably. Across all our offices globally, we've turned planting seeds into a fun team-building activity, symbolizing the growth we are fostering together. Atollians fellows from around the world got their hands dirty, planting seed balls we had to get rid of as they were GSG branded, as a reminder of the fresh start we’re all embarking on. Now, we’re watching these seeds sprout—just like our new projects, ideas, and collaborations. 🌿 We’re not just growing plants—we’re 𝗻𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁, driving more cross-team collaboration, and putting people at the center of everything we do. Let’s keep 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 together. Carla Kamisaki Christiana Lawal Paloma Clavería Joanna Marciniak Raphael Völker Jázmin Kövesdy, please share the moment in the comments below—let’s see how our seeds are growing across the globe! 🌍 Thanks Jade Goaziou for organizing in Paris and Charlène Porée for giving the opportunity to mix iGraal, GSG France and Pepper seeds in one unique project. #TeamBuilding #NewBeginnings #Atolls #GlobalTeam #Growth #Collaboration #PlantingSeeds #PeopleFirst

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘢 𝘴𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵... Recently, I came across a post that really resonated with me. It talked about living life in seasons: 🌾 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 – periods of high productivity, ❄️ 𝗛𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – times to rest and recharge, 🌱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 – planting seeds for future harvests. After a successful summer filled with over 50 events, 700+ shifts, and countless hours of hard work, the 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 season really struck a chord. Busy was an understatement, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘐 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘯’𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥! As we step out of this intense period, we’ve taken some time to rest and reflect. Now, we're turning our attention to 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵. How can we plant the seeds for our next harvest? This is where I’ve found myself following my own framework of sorts, focusing on: ✨ 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁 – What have we learned? How can we improve for next time? ✨ 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 – Making adjustments based on those lessons. ✨ 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 – Aligning ourselves towards new opportunities and continued growth. As the team and I navigate this next chapter, we’re ready to embrace the challenges ahead with fresh energy and clarity. We’re excited to have attended the 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗼 today, and loved re/connecting with others in the industry! If you have any recommendations for other expos or events that we should be a part of, let us know! #ChicknSours #StreetFoodExpo #FestivalSeason #GrowthJourney #Teamwork

-You know, in the work world, it's kind of like we're all going through this transformation, a bit like butterflies do. -Our careers have different stages, just like caterpillars growing into butterflies. -It starts with us exploring and learning, like figuring out how to be a butterfly in our own way. -Then come the challenges and experience, sort of like going into a reflective phase, a bit like a caterpillar chilling in a cocoon. -During this time, we're thinking about our strengths, what we're not so great at, and where we want to go - pretty much like a caterpillar figuring out its next move in the cocoon. -This whole reflection thing? It's a bit like a big change, just like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. -Once we're done with that thinking time, we're ready to tackle work challenges, just like butterflies spreading their wings. -The cool part is how this whole process shows that we can grow and get stronger in our work journey. -Being open to changes, learning from what we go through, and getting stronger – it's all part of the ride, kind of like a butterfly taking off. 🦋✨ #WorkMetamorphosis #CareerJourney #ButterflyTransformation #ProfessionalGrowth #LearnAndGrow #ChallengesInWork #ReflectAndTransform #StrengthsAndGoals #InnerGrowth #Resilience #EmbraceChange #CareerAdventure #bhuvananakul #corporatehumaneness #bhuvananakul_ethos

Little Beginnings Don’t be afraid of starting small. Someone wrote, “Don’t despise the days of little beginnings.” Don’t let the little results from those little steps you are taking discourage you. Here is why👇🏽👇🏽 The big mustard tree started as a tiny seed. That mango tree you eat its fruits every year was once a tiny plant, the same as the orange tree, almond tree, or any fruit tree you know. Every infrastructure today started from scratch; likewise, every well-known industry had its starting days. If they despised their little beginnings, you would not admire their massive results today. Start small, keep up with the things expected of you, and keep growing in a geometric progression. The little steps with focus and diligence equals massive results over the years. #tipfortheday #littlebeginnings #bethebestinyou

Every spring the guest bedroom in my house turns into a nursery….for plants. There is something magical about growing your own food and there are so many similarities with my paid job: 1. Fertile soil is the basis, just like the right culture is 2. Treat the seeds with respect, just like (new) employees 3. Take care of the seedlings, watch them (but don’t micromanage them by hovering over them every day) and feed them regularly with water and fertilizer (for your employees, learning opportunities are best growth enhancer) 4. Some seeds will never grow into beautiful plants: maybe they don't have the comptence, or are simply not able to blossom in your surroundings 5. Sometimes the best performing ones still get eaten by snails or destroyed by thunderstorms (be aware of outside forces that might impact your best performers) 6. Allow them plenty of sunshine (aka spotlights and compliments) 7. When the time is right, set them free in your garden or give them to friends (don’t be afraid to let your talents develop themselves, in their roles or somewhere else) 8. Talk to them! Not only engage with your employees, I find plants are very good listeners ;) 9. Offer support: sometimes they need something/someone to lean on 10. When the time is right, each at their own pace, they will grant you the fruits of their labour Have a great Sunday! #maketodaymatter #growth #weekendwisdom #plantlife
