Tip while taking to a HR - There are a lot of HRs who directly ask you your previous compensation details but never reveal the current job compensation they are hiring for. Remember that communication always happens two-ways. Let them play the card first if not, give them their own classic reply - “unfortunately,I can’t reveal at this point of time”. Some of them even ask if there are any offers in hand and if you say “yes” then they ask you to send the offer letter or share screenshots of that offer letter. Politely tell them it’s not ethical. Sometimes, we need to remind them their boundaries. #hiringseason

We are overhauling our job postings. Why? They are often the FIRST interaction a potential talent has with our company. Recently, I asked LinkedIn folks about their biggest job description frustrations. The top issues? Lack of salary transparency and the laundry list of requirements. So, what changes have we started? 1️⃣ Including salary ranges 2️⃣ Personal statements in the e-mail body over separate cover letters (Going above and beyond...) 3️⃣ Full picture of the role's challenges 4️⃣ "Real talk" about my leadership style 5️⃣ Removed education requirements and detailed SKILL needs instead Trust matters more than ever in our job market. As employers, by being transparent, considerate, and genuinely supportive, we're not just filling roles—we're rebuilding trust. Let's keep taking steps toward a job market where everyone feels respected and valued. How we treat job applicants is a reflection of our values. #JobSearch #Leadership #InnovationInHiring #HiringManager #WorkplaceCulture
