New To Strategy? Listen To This Podcast There are a lot of podcasts on the subject of Growth Strategy. And honestly, I've tried listening to a lot of of them. But the one I keep coming back to, over and over again, is Outthinkers by Kaihan Krippendorff. If you are new to growth strategy, here's why I would recommend blocking 30 mins per week to listen and grow your strategic thinking capability. 3 reasons why I am recommending this podcast 1. Great insights from 100+ experts who have been guests on the podcast and keeps growing. And Kaihan has interviewed guests from various backgrounds and companies 2. The discussions reveal various actionable frameworks which are often as a result of discussion around real life examples from the guest. I promise you – loads of learning. 3. I love that most episodes are about 30 mins or less. Loads of learning packed into each episode and you can listen in 2x mode to make it 15 mins (though I often listen to same episode a few times). For those new to the world of growth strategy, I wholeheartedly recommend setting aside just 30 minutes per week for 'Outthinkers.' It's not just a podcast; it's a treasure trove of strategic wisdom—one of the most invaluable resources available on the internet for anyone eager to delve into the intricacies of strategic thinking. #Strategy #businessgrowth #management

Why should you start a podcast even if you don't want to become a podcaster? Understand in 4 points 1. To learn from the best for FREE... You can outreach the best leaders or entrepreneurs by inviting them on your podcast And learn from them for free. You just need to learn how to outreach authentically. 2. To learn the art of asking the questions I have my own podcast and after my first episode my guest said that I asked very good questions My second guest said the same The right question leads to innovative ideas and insights that can change your life completely. 3. To learn how to research Suppose you invited an accountant to your podcast and now you don't know the language of accounting... It will never become a great conversation You need to research to learn the accountant language 4. To create a strong connection When you have a great conversation with a great person... He never forgets that ... And you can use that situation to build a strong connection with that guy with the right intentions You can learn from them anytime **There are many other benefits of starting and growing your podcast But I want you to know that podcasting will change you because you will learn a lot ** _________________________________ I also have my own podcast "The Shishir Wadhvan Podcast" https://lnkd.in/gGhiKT8i #podcast #podcasting #marketing
