Last week, devi successfully held the second staff group building activity in Huizhou Double Moon Bay. It was not only a pleasant trip, but also an important way for us to build a strong team spirit and stabilise team emotions.#WorkplaceHappiness During the two-day trip to the Bay #teambuilding , we believe that our employees gained much more than just a fun time - the reunion paid off beyond the actual expenses in terms of deepening mutual understanding, enhancing team cohesion, promoting collaboration, and boosting morale. Such a group experience not only deepens the bond between employees, but also strengthens communication and trust within the team. #OutdoorActivities Research has proven that organising outings for employees is effective in boosting productivity and employee satisfaction. When colleagues connect outside of the office, it can inspire new and innovative thinking while creating a more positive work environment. This retreat was a great opportunity to break down barriers, learn from each other and bring new perspectives to our work. At Two Moon Bay, through a series of well-designed activities, we encourage our lesser communicators to get to know each other, and we endeavour to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where every employee feels valued and comfortable. #deviglass Our staff reunion activities are just one part of our investment in the growth and well-being of our team #companyculture. We expect to lay a solid foundation for realising the synergy effect of 1+1>2 by enhancing the cohesion of our team, which in turn will provide better services to our clients. Devi wish all the colleagues who participated in the staff group building a memorable and enjoyable time, and look forward to travelling with you again next year.#perfumebottledesign

Reflecting on last week's Conference in Montréal hosted by Hotel Association of Canada, where I had the opportunity to participate in a dynamic session with a diverse group of industry leaders - from hotel operators to HR specialists, marketing experts to tech innovators. Together, we delved into the complex realm of attracting Gen Z talents to the hospitality industry. It was eye-opening to witness the profound generation gap in approaches to talent attraction, coaching, and retention in this era of social media. The challenge ahead is not just adapting to change but embracing it intentionally. How can the hospitality industry leverage the unique perspectives and digital fluency of Gen Z to redefine the traditional approaches and truly embrace innovation?💡 #GenZ #HospitalityIndustry #HACConference ✨

🌍 Embracing Cultural Diversity in Hospitality 🌍 In the ever evolving landscape of the hospitality industry, cultural diversity stands as a beacon of strength, innovation, and unity. At the heart of hospitality is the principle of welcoming everyone with open arms, and it's our diverse cultural backgrounds that enrich this experience, making every interaction unique and every moment memorable. 🤝 A Meeting Place of Cultures The hospitality industry thrives on the exchange of cultural insights and perspectives. It's a sector where different languages, traditions, and customs converge, creating a vibrant tapestry of global heritage. This diversity is not just an asset but a necessity, as it enhances our ability to cater to the wide array of needs and preferences of our global clientele. 🎨 Learning and Growing Together Cultural diversity in hospitality encourages learning and growth. It pushes us to expand our horizons, challenge our assumptions, and continually improve our services to ensure they are respectful, inclusive, and welcoming to all. It's about celebrating differences and finding common ground, fostering an environment where every guest and employee feels valued and heard. 💡 Innovation Through Diversity Diversity drives innovation. By bringing together a wide range of perspectives, the hospitality industry can find creative solutions to challenges, develop new services, and create experiences that resonate with a broader audience. It's the diverse ideas and viewpoints that lead to breakthroughs and set new trends in hospitality. 🌱 Commitment to Inclusivity As industry leaders, we must be committed to promoting and practicing inclusivity. This means not only welcoming cultural diversity but actively working to understand and celebrate it. From training programs that educate on cultural sensitivity to policies that ensure equal opportunities for all, it's imperative that we lead by example. Let's continue to learn from each other, grow together, and create a hospitality industry that truly reflects the diverse world we live in. #CulturalDiversity #HospitalityIndustry #Inclusivity #GlobalHeritage #Innovation

Corporate retreats are often synonymous with all-inclusive resorts. While the convenience aspect is appealing on the surface, these events often fall short in delivering an impactful or memorable experience for employees and guests. #HotelSector | Driven by an all-time high completion and a surge in visitor arrivals, the Philippine hospitality sector is on a bullish trajectory. In 2024, Colliers projects the Bay Area and Quezon City to cover the delivery of nearly 80% of new keys. As the country launches airport modernization projects and extensive infrastructure developments, the local hotel market is primed for foreign brands to expand their presence. The Philippine government has also set a lofty goal of attracting 12 million international tourists in 2028. While hotels in Metro Manila see an exponential rise in demand for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) facilities, Colliers recommends that hotel operators capture demand from the staycation market and long-staying business and leisure (bleisure) travelers. The continued expansion of outsourcing firms; sustained influx of foreign retailers; and entry of more foreign firms including those into semiconductor, electric vehicle, and renewable energy sub-segments should help stoke the demand for business hotels. Our H1 2024 Philippine Property Market Report on the Hotel sector is available for download on our website. Click here: bit.ly/Q22024_Hotel. Real Estate Investment Management // Advised on over £60 billion of Real Estate deals across all asset classes // Unlocking market opportunities to Investors in UK & Europe
We’ve witnessed Family offices in hospitality are seizing opportunities in Asia, leveraging their agility for long-term investments, despite evolving market dynamics. 🌏 Agile family offices are capitalizing on Asia's dynamic hotel market by focusing on long-term property value growth instead of quick returns. 📈 Growth in Asia is deemed important, but offices avoid regions with intricate tax systems that pose entry barriers, opting for simpler, more predictable jurisdictions. 🍽️ The relationship between hotels and F&B has shifted post-pandemic, with rising costs and declining revenues, necessitating a re-evaluation of F&B strategies. 🛏️ Mainland China's real estate downturn has impacted consumer confidence, affecting tourism and luxury spending in markets like Hong Kong. 🚀 The hospitality sector must be opportunistic, balancing revenue goals with operational costs, avoiding unrealistic promises from private equity investments. #HospitalityIndustry #AsiaInvestments #RealEstate #FamilyOffices #HotelManagement
