As the world is slowly returning to normal, many companies are asking their employees to return to the office. While some people are excited to be back in the office, others may feel anxious or uncertain about the transition. 3 of my meetings this week (with clients across a range of industries) have been with organisations looking to go fully on-site again, despite the push back from both candidates and recruiters. However, I've also had a number of conversations recently with a number of other hiring managers who are now reverting back to more remote working to attract the best talent.
