1moI think you guys are doing it backwards. You should use the same strategy american football agents use. They dont represent the team, they represent the player. Why because the player is always evolving the team is just looking to replace thats it. If AI-agents will get rid a ton of devops, infrastructure, and other engineering roles in 5 years or less. Then recruitment teams will shrink equally. If you stay friends with the players. They will always be one the ones to figure out the way forward. Something to think about. Dont wait for the waves to hit you, get ahead of it.
