Interesting thoughts from our Sales Director Matt Dickens and definitely relatable to the EFW and conventional power industry. 🏭 EPC's and Sub-Contractors profit margins seems to be ever decreasing with costings of materials sky rocketing 👷 Contractors are having more and more job options to choose from, in tandem with cost of living increasing across the board means they are able to be more picky about projects and ask for more from daily/hourly rates 🤔 A tricky time for everyone involved with thinking about their next steps and recruitment strategies. 🏆Here at Astute we can provide solutions to clients in terms of securing top level candidates for their projects to fit with realistic budgets and offer candidates large scale UK based projects to consider for their next contract
