If you need to lodge a caveat but there is no suitable option available in the 'estate or interest claimed' drop-down list, you can still proceed by following these steps: Firstly, you should prepare a caveat using the Caveat LRS Form 08X. This form can be accessed from the NSW LRS website. After filling out the form, you should then send an email to the address eConveyancing@nswlrs.com.au. In your email, you should request written confirmation from the NSW authorities. This confirmation will ensure that your caveat has been received and is being processed correctly.
