Retrospective Moment: As a faculty member, I once told the Director of the learning center at my university that the (remote) course management system they provided was less effective than crayons and the Pony Express. In retrospect, I publically apologize to crayons and the Pony Express. Oh, and I might have found a more reconciliatory way to express constructive criticism. #liveandlearn
