In a volatile week for the markets, both stock prices and bond yields moved higher Thursday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining 683 points (or 1.76%). All 11 sectors in the S&P 500 were higher, led upward by Technology. The major stock index up the most was the Nasdaq Composite with a 2.87% gain as money moved into the Magnificent 7 stocks.
