It is essential for everyone to offer prayers. We cannot predict the future, and hence, it is crucial to pray for our actions, the lives of others, and ourselves. By praying sincerely from the heart, we can prevent calamities and ensure the safety of all. Before embarking on significant endeavors, such as constructing dangerous roads, it is imperative to prioritize prayer. Jesus should always be the foremost priority in our lives. Seeking guidance from Him before engaging in risky projects, be it roads, buildings, or other constructions, is crucial. Jesus is always ready to help when we seek Him, and we should always call upon Him and express our gratitude sincerely. Sometimes, natural disasters like strong typhoons and floods serve as reminders to be grateful to Jesus continually and to remain vigilant. The Bible advises us to be alert at all times, as we cannot predict when disasters may strike. Whether traveling to another country or anywhere else, it is vital to trust in Jesus and offer prayers consistently. While I may not be a devout follower, the Bible suggests that we all strive to be holy. I often mention that I do not attend church regularly; instead, I spend time researching Bible verses I am not familiar with. As a habit, I delve into various aspects of social media and seek to learn about the world and its happenings. I respect all religions because, in my view, we all believe in the same singular deity. Jesus is the only one, but different religions have varied names for the same faith. I respect that diversity. I do not force anyone to believe in what is written in the Bible. I comprehend an individual's behavior and opinions. I quietly respect everyone. I refrain from engaging in arguments because I do not know everything. I have a high level of understanding regarding a person's character and situation. I am aware of the emotions of others, including their anger, and understand where it stems from. I prefer to maintain silence in personal interactions and only express myself on social media. I observe and rarely speak in person. I speak up only when I feel comfortable with someone. Being naturally shy, I use social media as a platform to practice conversing with anyone, even those I do not know. I respond to what I see on social media. My behavior on social media differs from my behavior in person. In personal interactions with many people, I tend to remain silent. However, on social media, I am vocal and express my thoughts freely. When face-to-face with someone, I often find myself laughing, even when there is nothing humorous. I do not know why I burst into laughter, even when someone is upset with me. I have the ability to forgive when someone harbors anger towards me, but I never forget their actions. Sometimes, I refrain from laughing, even if I find something amusing, because I am wearing a mask, and I hold back my laughter to avoid upsetting others.

https://lnkd.in/gwU4GW8 I have posted this article a number of times and it never gets old. The sentiments I shared remain to this day. What are you doing to understand your place in te ao Māori? I do not speak te reo Māori fluently but I understand the commonalities with my own Gagana Samoa; how to navigate and move within mainstream spaces using our natural way of being as a collective community. How does this article stack up against the Treaty Principles Bill? As Pacific born in Aotearoa NZ, I wonder how I can contribute to a collective community of Māori allies. #AionoAnalysis
