Here’s a quick behind-the-scenes look at how we bring each tournament to life, from start to finish! 👇 1️⃣ Planning & Setup: Months before the event, our team is hard at work securing the course, finalizing dates, and coordinating logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly. 2️⃣ Marketing & Registration: We promote the event across all platforms to ensure junior golfers from all over can sign up and be a part of the competition! 3️⃣ Course Prep: Our Tournament Directors visit the course to map out the best holes, set yardages, and work with course staff to make sure everything is perfect. 4️⃣ Check-In & Tee Times: On the day of the tournament, our team is there early to welcome players, finalize pairings, and get everything ready for the first tee-off. 5️⃣ Tournament Play: The main event! Our team monitors play, ensuring that rules are followed, players are supported, and scoring is accurate. 6️⃣ Scoring & Awards: After the last putt drops, scores are tallied, and we celebrate with an awards ceremony recognizing the top players. 7️⃣ Wrap-Up: After the event, we analyze feedback, follow up with participants, and start planning for the next tournament! It's all about creating unforgettable experiences for junior golfers.
