Just in time for World Environment Day on June 5th, WWF Germany has unveiled their One Planet Business Framework, a comprehensive, ambitious, and impact-oriented framework for corporate sustainability transformation. 🌍 🍃 After a pilot phase, the One Planet Business Framework is now a cornerstone of WWF's transformation work with companies. The NGO aims to support businesses in operating within planetary boundaries. "With the One Planet Business Framework, WWF can assess when a company truly becomes sustainable," says Heike Vesper, Chief Executive, Transformation and Policies at WWF Germany. Bosch Power Tools is one of the companies already applying this framework. Isabelle Gola, Head of Sustainability at Bosch Power Tools, says: "The One Planet Business Framework serves as a compass for our corporate sustainability management and the WWF is helping us to drive forward our sustainability strategy. Through critical exchange in areas such as our climate and packaging strategy, we want to align our business activities with the ecological limits of the planet and improve our resilience at Bosch Power Tools."
