✨ NEW EPISODE ALERT ‼️ ✨ Solve a business issue in real time with me & Laura! The issue? We’re running behind on our initial deep cleanings more than we’d like to admit. So today, Laura and I walk through the steps we’ve taken to correct this problem. Firstly, Laura conducted an audit to identify the root causes of the issue, which ruled out certain things, which we talk about in detail. We settled on the idea that it’s a combination of using the wrong products and our pricing for those cleanings, which we do explain in this episode! We’ve now set a goal of being on time for 80% of our deep cleanings and are implementing new policies and training to achieve this - and we’ll definitely keep you updated on our progress! 💖 SPOTIFY: https://lnkd.in/efYWkqWf 💖 APPLE PODCASTS: https://lnkd.in/ezE-975A 💖 YOUTUBE: https://lnkd.in/em3X7SZD 💖 SHOW NOTES & MORE: https://lnkd.in/e2nTDnNS Hope you enjoy! 🩷Holly

One word: Preparation 📝 This is what it takes to be a good connector. ✅ Prepare to talk ✅ Prepare to share ✅ Prepare to listen ✅ Prepare to join ✅ Prepare to leave By being prepared you should experience less stress or worries around attending an event. And you can become a better connector of people and ideas. It also ties in nicely with having a vision for yourself, your business and your family. Being a good connector can be part of your vision, and this could help unlock new opportunities for you. I really enjoyed this discussion with Rudolf and there is still a lot to unpack here in future episodes. We didn't even touch on introductions or giving. Next time. Are you someone who uses self-deprecation to get laughs? Steve Gamlin was too, until a pivotal moment when his friend Kris Whitehead figuratively put on a pair of steel toe boots and kicked his ass and woke him up to the dangerous effects of doing that. Steve is the creator of Vision Board Mastery, a unique approach to vision boarding you’ve likely not heard before. It consists of 10 steps but doesn’t involve selecting the photos of your lifestyle for the board until Step 7. There’s a reason for that, based on Steve's own experiences. But how did he get from making fun of himself to owning his vision? When you tune into this week's episode of FINE is a 4-Letter Word and meet Steve, you'll find out it was quite a journey - that's still ongoing!
