Dear reader, I am writing to express my concern regarding a recurring issue I have encountered during my recent job search in the medical coding field. Despite having a Bachelors degree in physiotherapy and completing relevant training with certification and demonstrating a strong aptitude for this career change, I have been repeatedly rejected for interviews. I am beginning to suspect that my age may be influencing these decisions.
