Very proud of Renee Jones who has been involved in not just increasing Queensland Symphony Orchestra ticket sale revenue over the last 6-years by 35% (including Subscription sales records for the last 3 seasons); but also shifting public perceptions of the QSO away from "exclusive" and "elitist" toward being "engaging" and "welcoming" (data qualified through externally-driven market research). QSO has some of the highest Net Promoter Scores of any company anywhere (regularly above 80). It's amazing what can happen when you put the needs and wants of the audience (connection and experience) in the centre of the service. Who says the subscription model is dead!
