📸 Picture this: You are leading a team, and you need to tell them about a new project that has a bad taste. The project couldn't be less exciting - at least at first glance. Manager: "Team, I have tough news. We are forced to work on that boring project that no-one else want's to work on". Team: "What?! Why didn't you push back on this? You are our leader, we expect you to give us exciting projects to work on! That's the worst!" 🥵🥵🥵 That's though. Did this manager approach the situation correctly? Nope, not at all.
