This conference is basically the first of its kind in PNG, especially in the in the field of geotechnical engineering. So we don't have an institution that is offering geotechnical engineering in the in the country at the moment. So those of us who get into that field are from geology background, civil engineering and mining engineering, so. We just get into the industry and find out that there's something that they call a geotechnical engineering. So this is, I think affected. They managed to bring it up. Yeah, it's it's a win win for for for the country or for the upcoming students, especially in the University of companies. Well, now that they they came here with their professor so. To open their eyes, to see basically what we do in the mining industry to manage material risks. And happy to be part of this and I would love to learn more from this. And yeah, in in the future, try to get into it. You take the industry. Let me fascinated. The experience has been good. I've been able to interact with professionals from other mining areas from Newmont as well as my own team members. We have got a fair good number of employers from both minds coming, sharing ideas, giving the feedbacks, asking questions and working collaboratively to see how we can improve the feel of geotech engineering within. The mining industry itself, so my experience has been very good. I hope this events been hosted again here again in the near future. Also very thankful for example, mining for inviting the students from University of Phoenix. I think with with this opportunity for them, I feel that it's going to be it's a good experience for them, for them to be able to experience what it's like working out in industry with the latest technology, with the latest equipment and the challenges that faced in the industry. So when they go back, they may be able to be well prepared and when they go out in the industry, they are aware of what the expectations and what's expected of them to deliver. So thank you.
