We have mostly seen that protection grills are installed outside when they should be inside the windows with opeable door or moving full to anyone side. In over 90% of cases, there is no gap between UPVC sliding windows and protection grills. How should you choose the cleaning service that is right for you? There are tons of options when you are shopping for a new cleaning service and honestly it can be overwhelming if you don’t know what you should look for when reviewing bids From our experience there are two trains of thought that customers go into this with and neither are wrong or right… You are either going to be shopping price and looking for the lowest price when reviewing your bids or you are going to be looking for a service provider that may not be the cheapest but that will deliver a high quality service. The price shopping is fairly self explanatory but when you find yourself looking for a service provider that is going to bring high quality service to the table, how do you know they will deliver There is a lot that you can tell about the cleaning service you are looking at by watching how the sales rep conducts themselves at the time of the walk through. Did they present themselves in a professional manner? Did they seem organized and well versed in the industry? Those are fairly obvious things to look for but what else might you want to watch for? You are going to want to watch what the sales rep looks at when they are walking through with you… are they stopping in any areas to look closer at your vent covers or the tops of your cubicle walls? Did they look in the restrooms or just peak in the door? Did they ask you any fact finding questions like how many people normally work in the office on a daily basis? Do you have city water or hard water? These are clues that you can watch for that will show you if this representative of the cleaning company is knowledgeable but also that they are putting in the effort to build their quote properly for the service they intend to provide for you.
