We have seen success in swapping lead acid batteries in electric side by sides with Inventus batteries! It only takes about 2 avoided lead acid battery swaps (2-4 years) to pay for Inventus batteries. Plus you drop 600+ pounds in weight!!!

Tension control of the winding process. #batterytechnology #batterymanufacturing #batterywindingprocess #tensioncontrol #lithium #sodium #energystorage #energyefficiency In winding process, apply a certain tension to the separator to ensure the neatness among cathode, separator, and anode. However, the tension can stretch separator in the tape direction, resulting in a large amount of shrinkage, this can severely compress the electrode sheets, leading to deformation of the cell, also causes poor flatness, and defects like separator folds. This can lead to quality issues such as low capacity, poor cycle performance, and fast self-discharge, especially for thicker cells where the deformation problem is particularly prominent. Additionally, the consistency of thickness is also poor, which can affect the cell shelling process, increase difficulty, even lead to cell damage during shelling. Therefore, winding tension control is very important.
