Listening and involving communities is essential! However, #Localization is an "empty" word that by itself doesn’t mean anything, as it is the case of most of the #buzzwords used in the #humanitarian and #aid jargon. If we want to give it a real meaning, we need to speak more of donors and humanitarian organizations - local or not - to invest seriously in learning about the contexts, studying the deep-rooted causes of #ProtractedCrises. We need to focus on addressing causes (most of them very political), instead of spending billions in short sight reactions (aka "humanitarian interventions"). If we assume that just giving money and/or responsibility to "local communities" (i.e., what do we mean for "local communities"?) will end climate change issues, long-term conflicts, social and economic injustice, lack of democratic processes, etc. in countries affected by multilayered and protracted crises, we are just going to continue a history of dangerous and naive humanitarian interventions. Thorough insightful study. Lots of insights on the "pain points" focusing EGS. This study can be a model for analyzing even certified /TLC or commercial seeds. Though the economic chemistry will be different.

This is the reality of some managers in big companies. Some Companies say 9 hours shift and then make their employees work for 12 hours or 13 hours. Very sad , but we have some managers who believe their employees are their slaves. They talk rudely or even abuse their employees. #CorporateCulture #ToxicManagers
