Excited to share insights from Dr. Martin Ferguson-Pell on the enhanced #DoubleDiamond #DesignThinking model! Traditionally focused on Problem Definition and Solution Development, this approach now includes a transformative third diamond: Evaluation & Optimization. By emphasizing iterative testing (SPRINT) and real-world feedback, this expanded framework ensures solutions are continuously refined to meet user needs and practical demands. A valuable tool for driving innovation across disciplines! Check out the video to learn more: Watch now: https://lnkd.in/geAifyz7 #RRL

Innovation and Technology are deeply connected. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘆! Consider the Wright Brothers. What elements of their 'Wright Flyer' were new tech? Wood? Nope Paper? Nope Engine? Nope Wires, handles, propeller... No to all. Their innovation, like most, was inspired by a bold idea And created using what was available 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘆. I'm not anti-technology. I'm pro-bold thinking. 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘱𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨™ So... Look closer, broader, and with an open mind. 𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀... What three elements can you use together to innovate beyond your obstacles? Materials, solutions, processes, people, ideas... anything. Elements you can access right now. List them in the comments. Let the idea be imperfect. Just give it a try and... Share your idea(s) If you don't know how to combine them, list 3 things in the comments. We will brainstorm uses for you. ♻️ Repost to your community & encourage them to participate! _______ Want more ideas... check out my: ↳ Newsletter https://lnkd.in/gmgR_nXF ↳ Keynotes & Interviews https://lnkd.in/g_pERCUQ #PeripheralThinking™ #BusinessInnovation #InnovativeLeaders #PeakPerformanceBooks #EpicAuthorPublishing © 2025 Paul Daniels, Jr. 𝘐𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵: 𝘐𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘰𝘳

In his TED Conferences, "How to Build Your Creative Confidence," David Kelley, founder of IDEO, discusses the concept of creative confidence and its importance in personal and professional development. He argues that everyone is inherently creative, but many suppress their creativity due to fear of judgment or failure. He emphasizes the need to nurture creativity in oneself and others to unlock full potential and make meaningful contributions to the world. 🌏 #teambuilding #teambuildingactivities #teambuildingevents #creativity #creativitymatters #art #artmatters #artxp #tedtalk https://lnkd.in/gMVT2RvR

Feeling very inspired by this deep dive into pace layers by the author of the concept. The digital world takes many cues from architecture and the physical world. Product teams move fast and innovate, things that are shared for reuse need to move slower because they're built in to deeper layers. And the goals of an organization move even slower to provide stability. All the pace is intentional and shouldn't be artificially changed to appear faster or slower. Thanks for the share Ben Callahan! #DesignSystems #PaceLayering
