Dear #HeroMotoCorp, Dissatisfaction with the service from your center, Wheel Magnets - Hero MotoCorp, located at Building No 875/4 Goa Bombay Highway, Porvorim, Goa 403521. I bought a Hero Xpulse 200 4V on December 29 and was very excited, but my experience has been disappointing. Here are the issues I've faced: Service Quality: Despite regular maintenance at Wheel Magnets, the service quality has been poor. The staff lacks knowledge, is aggressive, and does not listen to customers. Manufacturing Issues: The bike had a bent tail, which was claimed to be a manufacturing defect by the Showroom Manager. Battery Issue: The original battery was faulty and replaced without notice with a 2.5Ah battery meant for the Hero Pleasure. This was discovered by the Margao showroom, which provides excellent service. Delayed Battery Replacement: Promised a new battery in 10 days, but had to wait four months due to "no stock" – unacceptable and shows supply chain issues. Crank Shaft/Connecting Shaft Issue: Recently found a major issue with the crankshaft/connecting shaft by the Margao showroom. Wheel Magnets failed to update the service history correctly, showing 100,000 km, which is inaccurate, as well as missing out on adding the proper service details. This would be an issue as all known vehicles from the manufacturers will provide at least 5 years of warranty if the service is done through the showroom if the showroom technical team are not up to the mark customers will face issues, and as manufacturers from your team, there be denial for the issue even tho if there is no fault from customer end. I request the following: Immediate fixing of all manufacturing defects. An official investigation into Wheel Magnets' service practices. Accurate update of my bike’s service history. 🚨 Seeking Urgent Resolution from Bajaj Auto 🚨 Team Bajaj Auto, I am Sumit Balasaheb Shinde, a proud owner of the Pulsar N160 2024, purchased on August 1, 2024 (Registration No: MH14LR9672). As a long-time admirer of Bajaj's products, I had high expectations for this purchase. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory due to persistent issues with the bike. Here are the key concerns: 1️⃣ Rust on Tank Screw: Identified during the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and assured replacement during the first service. Yet, the issue remains unresolved. 2️⃣ Cluster Light Issue: The cluster light faded after being parked in the sun. Despite submitting proof to the showroom, there has been no resolution. 3️⃣ Starting Trouble: From Day 1, starting the bike has been problematic. The service center has attempted software updates, replaced sensors, and even changed the wiring harness, but the issue persists. 4️⃣ Repeated Service Center Visits: My bike has been sent to the service center five times, each time staying for 4-5 days, without any permanent fix. Currently, it has been at the Shourya Bajaj service center, Chinchwad, Pune (411035), for three weeks. Even the Bajaj R&D team has been unable to resolve the issue. 5️⃣ Lack of Response from Regional Head: Repeated attempts to contact Mr. Prashant Prabhat, Pune Regional Head, have gone unanswered. I purchased this bike with the expectation of a quality product and a hassle-free experience. Unfortunately, the continuous repairs and unresolved issues have eroded my confidence in this vehicle. I paid for a new bike, not one undergoing persistent troubleshooting. 🚩 My Request: I urge Bajaj Auto to replace my current bike with a new, defect-free one. Accepting the existing bike in its current condition is not an option, as it no longer feels like a new purchase. Bajaj Auto has always been a trusted name in the industry, and I hope the company will stand by its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by addressing this matter urgently.
