Challenges faced by leaders when scaling AI solutions 🚩 It is safe to say that the hesitation around adopting #AItechnologies is behind us. Market research highlights the steady growth of AI projects being moved to production. Back in 2019, Deloitte reported a 91% failure rate for pilot AI projects. Today, AI has evolved enough to have 80% of executives confidently say out loud 📣that #automation can be applied to any business decision, according to Gartner. While one-third of organizations are comfortably implementing #AI across various business units—having identified its use cases—they’re yet to surpass another obstacle: scaling AI technologies. Despite the potential AI holds, many challenges are involved in scaling AI solutions, often stretching delivery timelines for companies. A study by GDIT showed that 58% of respondents cited scalability issues as the top challenge in transitioning AI projects from pilot to production. This is because scaling AI isn't just about exploring new models—it’s about embedding AI into the core of business operations.
