The approach of National Careers Week provides a timely opportunity to advocate a PhD by publication as a professional development and lifelong learning model (part 2) I have really grown through the experience. For example, the reflexive process demanded that I interrogate my worldview and I was able to identify how this has developed through greater knowledge and understanding. I have tried to capture this evolution in the image below.
