Now, this is the screengrab from one of the digital bank’s App. Call it gamification or engagement or whatever, my first reaction to such concepts is always that of curiosity to say the least. Banking is serious business. Its engagement with its clients should be themed around trust, promise, care, profit and not around pots and hatching eggs! Clients that join you for trivial reasons could leave for same trivial reasons.
