‼️HOW I STOPPED BINGE EATING‼️ I used to binge eat like a mf’er First, let me say I’m not a doctor, not a licensed therapist, I’m just giving you my experience with binge eating. Also, let me put a caveat (for now) because amidst the highlight reel that is Instagram… …life isn’t perfect and neither am I. But I have definitely taken the bingeing down to a minimum and haven’t had an instance in a long ass time (again, not saying I will) What is binge eating? In my definition, it’s a large quantity of food consumed in a short period of time. For me, it was typically 50% or 100% of my total calories for the day (ya, a shit load). Here are 5 things that helped me: ✅ Ditching the all in all out mindset ✅ Eating without distractions ✅ Taking away needless stressful things (decreasing my time on social media by 95%, cutting down my watching of the news) ✅ Getting 7-9 hours of sleep ✅ Delegating as much as I could to my employees #fitness #Fitnessjourney #Health #Healthylifestyle #Life
