Featuring elegant poured terrazzo floors, striking floor-to-ceiling millwork for retail displays, and an open-to-structure ceiling that centers around a sleek design hub, the space fosters an inviting environment where connections can thrive. In addition to the retail area, Adorn’s space includes a break room, conference room, and ample storage. i2 Construction partnered with Gensler and Cushman & Wakefield early in the project to provide expertise in constructability and pricing during the design phase, ensuring a seamless, collaborative process that brought Adorn’s vision to life. Last week, NAIOP hosted an amazing Downtown Walking Tour that truly showcased the dynamic growth of our city. Touring 1900 Lawrence, the Populous Hotel, 1125 17th, 1800 Larimer, and the 16th Street Mall Renovations was an incredible experience. Each highlighted vibrant, creative, and innovative designs that are significantly shaping the Denver community. Some of our i2 team had a deeply moving experience volunteering at Brent's Place last week. We helped prep and deliver meals, created arts and crafts, and had the privilege of helping feed over 115 families on Wednesday evening. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible Brent’s Place team for hosting us and sharing the heart of their mission. Brent’s Place is truly an inspiring organization, and we’re proud to support the life-changing work they do every day. At i2, we’re passionate about giving back and making a difference in our community.
