There are many powerful points in this article by Youth Enrichment Brands CEO Justin Hoeveler. I think my favorite is "Success is measured in skills learned, teamwork built and joy experienced." As the father of a son who has played sports his entire life, I have seen firsthand the huge role these experiences have played in shaping the young man he is today. Sure there were championships and trophies along the way that added to the joy. But the long lasting impact will be from the friendships made, the obstacles overcome and the character building that comes from playing sports. #youthsports #i9sports #youthenrichmentbrands
