What might it take to transform public sector systems? Please join us in this Cycle of our Community of Practice! We are working from these premises: + Systems transformation work requires us to operate at multiple levels, and engage in the relationships between people and systems. + This kind of work is something we can cultivate the conditions for, but it requires us to develop new kinds of skills, competencies, and infrastructures. + It requires shifts in both people and systems. In other forums we have talked about this as scaling deep (here and here). Going deep happens at personal and team levels alongside systems-in-place levels. It is structural — teams, organisations, collaboratives, systems, places, policy. It is relational — within self, in community, in place, with land, with environment and beyond. It is temporal — pasts, presents, futures. It is fractal — the repeating patterns from small to large. + Scaling deep often feels like doing double-work, as it requires working simultaneously at these multiple levels at the same time. Register for upcoming sessions in this community of practice via the link below. Session 1: Foundations — Tuesday Feb 20 12:30–2:00pm (Vancouver time). Session 2: Liminal Spaces, Vancouver — Tuesday March 12, 1:30–3:00pm (Vancouver time). Session 3: Convening Connections, Aotearoa — Tuesday Apr. 2 1:30–3:00pm (Vancouver time).

In today's dynamic #EconomicDevelopment landscape, effective communication with stakeholders is not a mere option; it's a strategic imperative. Why, you ask? Because #stakeholders are the pillars of your success. They can be investors, elected officials, volunteers, or citizens in the community at large. When you communicate effectively with them, you build trust, align goals, and foster support. Transparency and clarity in #communication create a sense of involvement and ownership, driving better decisions and more fruitful collaborations. It's not just about conveying information; it's about nurturing relationships and ensuring everyone is on the same page. In short, effective stakeholder communication isn't a cost; it's an investment in your success. https://lnkd.in/da4FQ6Yw #EDO #EDOManagement #EconomicGrowth #EffectiveCommunication #EconomicDevelopmentOrganization #StakeholderEngagement
