𝐆𝐨𝟒𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐙𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐳𝐚 ☀ On June 11-12 the Go4VocationalSkills project partners had the opportunity to conduct their TPM in Zaragoza, discussing their efforts and fresh approaches as this stage of the project. After a considerable amount of time and effort put throughout the duration of the project so far, the partners could see their initial ideas take shape, creating fruitful results 💻 Moreover, we are on the verge of releasing an IT tool designed for the self-assessment of student competencies, which will soon be available for VET schools. This tool will evaluate a range of skills, from technical know-how in fields like logistics, construction, and renewable energy, to essential soft skills, offering a thorough assessment of students' readiness for the workforce. 🕹 This year, I committed to continuous learning, focusing on professional development and personal growth. As a project manager with a passion for #environmental sustainability, particularly circular economy and #agriculture, I knew I needed to upskill myself. 🎯 My goal? To leverage digital technologies and become more efficient and effective in managing sustainable projects! ♠ That's where the INCO Academy Green Digital Skills course came in! This comprehensive program equipped me with the necessary skills to navigate the exciting intersection of #technology and #sustainability. We delved into various modules like: ♣ Foundations of Sustainability in Tech: Building a strong foundation in green tech principles. ♣ Estimating Carbon Footprint: Quantifying environmental impact for informed decision-making. ♣ Green Digital Design: Learning how to design digital solutions with an eco-conscious approach. ♣ Green Digital Marketing: Promoting sustainable practices through effective marketing strategies. ♣ Green Digital Infrastructure: Understanding how infrastructure choices can impact the environment. ♣ Carbon Accounting & AI: Exploring the power of AI in carbon footprint analysis and #mitigation strategies. 😅 The interesting part was that I failed my capstone project on the first attempt and succeeded at a second try. ❤️ My profound appreciation goes to our facilitator Rand Alotaibi for the constructive feedback and helping me come up with a more #sustainable capstone project incorporating #GreenDigitalSkills. 💢 Throughout the course I also made an effort to #connect with other amazing colleagues nouha El hassouni, Reginald Yaw Ansu-Koranteng, Portia Abena Dokyi, TITUS MUTUKU, Javeria Arshad, Kuti Obakunle O. (TRCN, MCIHRM, Ch.HRBP), Sarah M. Makled, Sheikh Adil zubair, Paschaline Agbams among others. 💥 Now, I'm thrilled to share that I've completed the course and even have a capstone project in mind! I envision #collaborating with the Ga West Municipal Assembly, various #wastemanagement institutions, and the local community to implement this project in Ga West Municipality. 📣COACHING activities within the AMULET H2020 project❗️ 🔎 The AMULET Coaching Programme was a free service accessible to all European SMEs that operate in the fields of Advanced Materials. 💡This exclusive initiative offered SMEs the unique opportunity to engage in free coaching sessions provided by experts in the field of lightweight and advanced materials. The Coaching Programme was a collaborative and supportive process with the specific aim of helping and supporting SMEs in the development of new lightweight solutions, by: 📍technical coaching 📍business support 🎯We organised around 60 coaching programs for SMEs and spent over 300 hours of one-to-one COACHING sessions🎊 At this point, we would like to thank all partners for their involvement in the implementation of this program and many thanks to all coaches who were involved in that process. Together with Robert Rosłoń, we are trying to discuss whether innovative projects should be isolated. We have summarized our thoughts and research that I once conducted in a short article. The article aims to attempt to answer the question of whether innovative projects should be isolated in an organisation. A critical analysis of the literature on the subject reveals a divergence of views on the proper placement of social or technological innovation projects. The research hypothesis formulated holds that the more conducive the innovative project team is to interact with the rest of the organisation and the norms and values within the team are oriented toward learning, the stronger the learning of the project team. The culture metaphor of an organisation was used to verify the research hypothesis. It has been assumed that project team learning means that project team members transform the norms and values previously adhered to in the organisational culture. On the basis of the survey results, it was impossible to accept the research hypothesis. Despite the increase in the intensity of the factors that foster interactions between teams implementing innovative projects and the rest of the organisation, team learning did not increase as originally expected.

#Mobility. EMBRACER Project Steering Group Meeting held online! The Steering Group (SG) Meeting of the EMBRACER Project was held online on 7 May 2024, with all project partners participating. The meeting focused on the exchange of progress updates and addressing key issues related to the project's ongoing activities. Different topics were covered and discussed with the partnership. 🌟INSET Competency Map Workshops Results🌟 In April and May 2024, the INSET team orchestrated online workshops, uniting European companies, decision-makers, educators, environmental associations, and students. 🎯 Workshop Aim : These sessions, spanning across our consortium countries, aimed to gather invaluable insights from participants on the INSET Competency Map crafted by our team.
