Our team is on the ground supporting customers impacted by the severe storms sweeping across NSW.   NRMA Insurance Executive General Manager Claims Luke Gallagher is encouraging customers who have been impacted to lodge their claim online or over the phone to access immediate support, including emergency financial assistance and temporary accommodation.   “Our Major Event Response Team is in place 24/7 to ensure we can be on the ground immediately to help our customers affected by severe weather.”   NRMA Insurance has deployed its HELP response vehicles to significantly impacted areas. These are mobile claims centres where customers can sit down with our claims team, lodge their claims and receive immediate help close to home.
