"Unveiling Excellence in Painting When it comes to our chassis, perfection lies in the details, and our painting process is no exception. Here's what sets our painting feature apart: Abrasive Blast: We start by subjecting all metal surfaces to an abrasive blast, ensuring that we achieve nothing less than SA-2.5 standards. This meticulous process leaves us with clean, bare steel, setting the stage for impeccable coating. Electrophoresis Primer: To guarantee lasting protection, we apply an electrophoresis primer to every surface. This advanced technique ensures an even and thorough coat that adheres flawlessly to the steel, fortifying it against wear and tear. Powder Topcoat: Next, a powder topcoat is expertly applied. This additional layer not only enhances the visual appeal but also bolsters the chassis against the elements, providing a shield of resilience. Thickness Matters: We're committed to quality, and that's why we ensure that the total thickness of our coating is not less than 80μm after the dry membrane. This thickness guarantees long-lasting protection, giving you peace of mind. Supplier You Can Trust: Our coating supplier, PPG, stands behind our commitment to excellence with a generous 7-year warranty. This is a testament to the durability and quality of our painting process. When it comes to painting, we go above and beyond to ensure that every chassis that rolls out of our facility is a work of art, both in terms of aesthetics and protection. Choose quality; choose Bull Chassis."

Custom Auto-parts modification factory since 2017 | Provide original solutions | Help clients develop new products
Absolutely! Now let's move to the core part of the process - the painting. Welcome to our water curtain painting workshop, fully equipped with a high-pressure spray gun and designed with utmost concern for environmental protection. The function of the water curtain is to absorb excess paint in the air, minimizing the amount of contact with the human body. The paint used in this phase has a strict ratio and involves three crucial rounds of painting. In the first round, a unique black base is applied. The main agent is pp-090 mixed with thinner S-101M in a carefully controlled ratio of 1:0.8-1. The solution is strained through a 200 mesh filter cloth. Now, let's talk about our spray gun. We use a W71# gun with a caliber of 1.3mm operating at an air pressure of 4KG/cm^2. During this phase, each piece receives four separate passes of paint at a distance of 15-20cm and a thickness of around 15cm. The environment plays a crucial role as well. We keep the temperature within the painting area between 20-25 degrees Celsius and the humidity less than 80% RH. And let's not forget, our workspace meets the 10,000 environment level standards. After each painting pass, we wait for 30 minutes for the surface to dry before applying the next layer. So, that was all about the primer, it's the key preparation step for the following color paint surface.

Here’s a list of painting blunders: 1. Not properly preparing the surface before painting, leading to uneven coverage and peeling. 2. Using cheap or low-quality paint brushes and rollers, resulting in streaks and poor application. 3. Painting over wet or damp surfaces, which can cause bubbling and blistering of the paint. 4. Overloading the brush with paint, leading to drips and runs on the surface. 5. Neglecting to use painter’s tape to protect edges and trim, resulting in messy lines and accidental paint splatters. 6. Painting in extreme temperatures or humidity, which can affect the drying and adhesion of the paint. 7. Rushing the painting process and not allowing sufficient drying time between coats, causing smudges and smears. 8. Not properly ventilating the area when using oil-based paints or solvents, leading to strong fumes and potential health hazards. 9. Ignoring safety precautions when working at heights, risking falls or accidents. 10. Failing to clean up spills and splatters promptly, resulting in permanent stains on surfaces.

We love seeing our customers paint their shutters. We wanted to give you some tips on how to achieve the best results!! To ensure a professional finish when painting your shutters, please follow these instructions: 1: Prior to painting, clean the surface with denatured alcohol to remove any dirt, oil, grease, or other contaminants. The surface should be clean, dry, and free from foreign particles. 2: Avoid painting dark colors in areas exposed to direct sunlight. This will help prevent excessive heat absorption and potential issues with the finish. 3: For best results, use acrylic or urethane-based latex exterior paints. Well-known brands such as Sherwin Williams, Behr, and Gliden are suitable options. 4: Always try to choose paints with a Light Reflective Value (LRV) of 55 or higher. 5: If you plan to paint in a darker color (LRV of 54 or lower), it is crucial to use Vinyl safe paint or paints specifically designed for such applications. (Please refer to your paint manufacturer) 6: Latex paints may take 2-4 days to dry completely. Avoid exposing the shutters to dew, high humidity, moisture, or rain during this time. 7: For the best finish results, using a sprayer is recommended. However, if a sprayer is not available or feasible, you can apply the paint using a brush or roller directly. By following these instructions and using high-quality paints, you can achieve a professional and long-lasting finish on your shutters.
