A little late post! We are very excited to announce the successful closing of the Omaha Portfolio, located in Cincinnati, OH! It included 2 separate properties totaling 76 units! We are so grateful to over 20 investors and partners for their trust and confidence in our incredible team, including Wakefield Li Giang Nguyen Nelson Lee Jay Bisaga Sanjay Patel, and Ruben Figueroa. We are excited about the value this portfolio will bring to all the parties involved. The project went through its challenges in a number of ways and was not an easy one, but we are happy to have crossed the finish line. We have already started operating and working on the business plan. We also could not do this without lenders, brokers, and property management, who really helped to get this to the finish line! In 2023, the Cincinnati market was ranked top 5 for rent growth and is home to several fortune 500 companies. For a long time, fear of the unknown kept me from exploring real estate investing. Jumping into a complex new venture can be scary! 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻, 𝗺𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗱 𝗞𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲: action conquers fear. Inspired by Tony Robbins' "burn the boats" metaphor, I committed myself fully. My WHY was and still IS to create financial freedom for my family and be able to start a non-profit helping sick kids and their families financially so that no family should lose everything trying to give their child the best care. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. This journey has been a masterclass in growth. I've not only become a Real Estate Investor, but discovered a whole new perspective on myself and the world.
