SRE / DevOps / CICD knowledge and platform support throughout application release to cloud environment. Must be knowledgeable with platform support in a large scale environment, incident management and understanding priority based on business impact (How do you prioritize what incidents are most important?), release management and handling system changes within the platform. Prefer CKA or Kubernetes knowledge and ability to build CICD pipelines. 2. Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred, AWS ok) Moving to Azure – this is top priority. If person has AWS or Azure experience is ok. Ideally have hands-on skillset in Azure devops. Any other devops tool is ok (Ansible, Docker, Chef). Looking for someone that’s worked on SRE or DevOps area. Any experience in release in pipelines, creating procedures if failure in a job, do proper monitoring of jobs. 3. Scripting – Shell or Python and SQL. Will write some codes during the migration and need to understand fundamental commands: fundamentals file system, how to log into system, how to schedule a job, how to switch to different user accounts, understand directories, permissions/owners, release from one portal to another during an integration. 4. Bilingual capability – not necessary but speaking with Business Analysts sometimes in Japanese. Technical skill is more important. Main responsibilities: 1. Monitor and support the daily jobs running on production system (fix issues applications running in real time in environment that is live) 2. Provide technical support for code releases, environment upgrades, configuration changes and troubleshooting. 3. Participate and organize incident response 4. Collaborate with Infrastructure team and Delivery side including 5. Server/Network/Appdev 6.
