Recently, iBA technicians had the opportunity to provide on-site support to our valued customer in China. 🛫 This service call was a prime example of our commitment to first-class service and sustainable advice. The customer was faced with the challenge of optimizing its PE-Xa pipe production to meet the increasing demands of the market. Our experts traveled to China to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the production processes and develop tailor-made solutions. During the several-week assignment, our technicians worked closely with the local team. They conducted detailed training sessions that included both theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The training covered all relevant topics: from raw material selection and preparation to fine-tuning the extrusion parameters. Thanks to the in-depth expertise of our technicians, the customer was able to achieve significant improvements in production quality and efficiency. 💹 The service call ended with a positive outcome for everyone involved.
