🎉 Celebrating Success! 🎉  I’m thrilled to share that my project, titled “Review of the Dynamic Interdependence Between Return and Volatility of Mutual Funds: A Wavelet Coherence Analysis,” has been honored with the Silver Award and Abstract E-Publication  at the 3IDC Awards 2024 by UiTM! 🥈🌟 🔍 Project Overview: In this study, I delved into the fascinating world of mutual funds, exploring their intricate relationship between returns and volatility. Using wavelet coherence analysis, I uncovered hidden patterns and non-linear connections—because sometimes, it’s the subtle interplays that truly matter. 📊 Key Findings:  Dynamic Interdependence: Mutual funds don’t exist in isolation. They dance to the rhythm of market dynamics, and my research revealed how their returns and volatility synchronize across different time scales. Wavelet Coherence: Imagine a musical duet—the harmonious notes blending seamlessly. Similarly, wavelet coherence allowed me to identify significant co-movements between these financial variables. It’s like finding the perfect rhythm in a chaotic symphony. Silver Lining: Winning the Silver Award feels like hitting the right investment sweet spot. Satu Innamaa Yvonne Barnard 🚗 High-Level Dialogue on Connected and Automated Driving: In Ghent, under the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2024, FAME Coordinator Dr. Stephane Dreher showcased how the FAME project aids Member States in achieving policy goals with insights into the European Common Evaluation Methodology and developing harmonized testing regulations. Additionally, the FAME team co-organized an expert session on "Removing barriers for Connected and Automated Vehicle testing". 📝 State-of-the-Art Analysis: The FAME team has conducted an in-depth analysis of #AV testing activities across 30 countries, covering legal, administrative, and technical aspects. This comprehensive study aims to derive recommendations for mutual recognition within Europe, addressing the dynamic and varied approaches to AV testing. 📅 #EUCAD2025 Submission Deadline Extended: You now have until July 15 to submit your session proposals, especially those aligned with Topics 1 and 4. Making the decision to pursue your RCDD can be an intimidating process. It is something that I flip flopped on for several years until I came across Chuck Bowser III, RCDD, TECH and his RCDD study group. Chuck Bowser III, RCDD, TECH and Philip Klingensmith RCDD,OSP,RTPM,TECH, CT make studying this material interesting and fun. I cannot recommend this study group enough. I firmly believe that without attending this study group I would not have passed the RCDD exam. If you are on the fence about the RCDD you should make the investment in your future and participate in this study group!
