How often do you experience a creative block on a project? I do sometimes. And it often goes like this — there's a VERY SIMPLE IDEA. For example: creating an experiential stand for a hotel booking service. It feels like you're stuck in overused clichés, recycling dull ideas. Then, out of nowhere, when you're genuinely striving to give the client the best solution, it hits you—maybe while scrolling through Pinterest or taking a walk outside. And suddenly, there it is! The exact solution the client has been waiting for. Not only do they love it, but the venue hosting the stand is thrilled too. What’s the point of this? I realize there needs to be more consistent practice in creative problem-solving and idea generation. There are a few effective methods for this, but when you're in the whirlwind of projects, it's easy to forget about developing this crucial skill.
