Each September, IBSA USA brings together sales teams from across the country for our POA (Plan of Action) meetings—an invaluable part of our year to reconnect and focus. At IBSA USA, we strive to be 1% better every day, and these meetings offer the perfect opportunity to discuss business goals and review tactics to enhance performance to finish the year strong. Teams from the Southeast, Southwest, and West regions kicked off this year's series in Southlake, TX. The groups attended presentations focused on marketing, market access, and sales operations, and participated in workshops where sales teams cross-pollinated with colleagues from different regions—fostering collaboration to think differently and sharing valuable insights.
