Did you know I have only been part of Rolling Suds for less than a year?! Here's the story of how I got involved: In July of last year, I decided I was going to create a franchise system around a good business. I spent a couple months looking for businesses to franchise in the home service space (HVAC, plumbing, solar, insulation, etc.) In September, I went to Springboard Event For Emerging and [Re]Emerging Franchisors and told Alesia Visconti, CFE, CAFC, CFC and Joan Winchester from FranServe, Inc. exactly what I was looking for in a business. Brian Wendling Jr. also went to the event and spoke to Alesia and Joan and told him what he and his dad were looking for in a franchisor. Joan and Alesia told him if he wants his brand to blow up nationwide, they need to partner with me. We started to work out a deal for me to acquire the franchising rights and for us to create a franchise system together. For the next 3.5 months we went back and forth with lawyers to iron everything out. At the same time I was working to raise capital. I didn't know what a cap table was when I started that process. Despite not having an agreement signed yet, I started acting as the CEO of the company and investing tons of my own money in building the brand. We finalized the deal in January of this year and started franchising at the end of February. Today we have 42 locations in California, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, & Virginia. I could not be more blessed to have met the Wendling Family! They have welcomed me into their family with open arms and it's been one of the best relationships I've ever had. Here's a candid picture of me and Brian talking at Springboard last year when it all started. (thanks Carli Showmaker for digging this up!) If you want to get in on the ground floor of one of the most exciting things that's ever happened in franchising, send me a DM now! #rollingsuds #thepowerwashingprofessionals #thisisaRELATIONSHIP #weareaFRANCHISEEcompany

Elite Window Cleaning Welcomes Four Empire Builders to System in Preparation for 2024 Growth! After shaping its ideal franchisee avatar, the window cleaning franchise expanded in Calgary and Brampton and set the stage for healthy, exponential growth in 2024. “In 2023, we had the opportunity to spend a year really refining things and getting everything ready for the launch of the Happinest or post-acquisition version of the brand,” explained Chris Stoness, founder and CEO of Elite Window Cleaning. “We had a lot of opportunities early in the year to bring in franchise partners, but we wanted to be extremely clear on the type of person we wanted to partner with, so we delayed awarding any franchises until Q4 and got really clear on our avatar, which we call the Empire Builder.” Stoness revealed that each group of franchisees possesses distinctive backgrounds and a strong determination to expand the Elite Window Cleaning empire. The franchisees in Brampton/Mississauga, both being data scientists, boast a profound comprehension of how data can narrate a business's story. After scrutinizing over 50 concepts, they opted for Elite Window Cleaning, underscoring the franchisor's value to owners through continuous data collection and analysis. On the other hand, the North Calgary franchisees bring educational and design expertise to the table. Despite achieving notable success in their previous careers, they felt a lack of the "entrepreneurial spark" in their day jobs and hence decided to embark on a new venture. “We’re looking for people who want to grow a large, meaningful business — something bigger than the perception of the local window cleaning business,” added Stoness. “We want somebody who wants to grow a seven-figure business, have multiple trucks on the road and really capture that disproportionate market share in their territory.” To read more about Elite Window Cleanings plans for 2024, click here: https://lnkd.in/gwGXm_Mz Elite Window Cleaning represents a mobile, home-based business option with an accessible cost of entry. Their straightforward yet resilient business model resonates with individuals aspiring to own their own enterprise and assume command over their future.
