This year, our talented and imaginative Marissa Robinson took it upon herself to create an internal playbook that consolidates vital updates, educational materials, marketing plans, and safety information for our studios. Her goal for Q4 2023 was to coordinate the efforts of our Home Office teams to present everything in a user-friendly format. She knocked it out of the park on this one!
