🎯Here is my step-by-step breakdown for making sure your clients DON’T get great results from your training: Step 1: Say yes to everything. Especially inbound enquiries. Inbound enquiries are free money, so let’s not be picky. Step 2: Skip the discovery phase. You already know what they need, right? What worked for previous clients is sure to work for these ones, too. Step 3: Send them whichever trainer is available. Doesn’t matter if they aren’t a great fit. The content will speak for itself. Step 4: Fire and forget. Once the training is done, the contract is over. No need to check in with them to see if it actually worked. Step 5: Immediately move on to the next project. 🔁 Rinse and repeat for mediocre results and underwhelmed clients. ✅ So simple, right?? ...
