Congratulations to Dufferin and Algoma, interesting juxtaposition of traditional territories should lend itself well to a combined Mutual company. If recent history is an indicator, I'm sure this won't be the last merger announcement of Mutual's in the coming months. Best to all on a great future.
Algoma Is thrilled to be part of this new venture. We have been promoting the divisional model for some time and feel that Dufferin is the perfect dance partner for this first step. The culture and fit couldn't be better.

2dGreat news Ed! The territories are mostly different for the two Mutuals, so amalgamation should be easier to handle. The larger combined entity, will benefit greatly from most perspectives.
