A lot of people have been frustrated by diversified portfolios over the last couple of years. Interest rates marched steadily higher bringing bond values lower, and large cap growth stocks accounted for most of the stock market gains. International and Emerging Market investments were a definite drag on the portfolio. We are starting to see a shift with the 10 year treasury solidly below 4% and wider breadth in the stock market.
