What if you could make your team 4.6 times more productive? 🚀 . . It’s not about working longer hours or adding more meetings. It’s about something simple but often overlooked: listening. Studies show that when employees feel heard, they’re 4.6 times more likely to do their best work. Crazy, right? Something as simple as truly listening can make all the difference. When we pause, listen fully, and let others feel understood, we build trust. And trust? That’s where better collaboration, stronger relationships, and real results happen. Here’s something to think about ➡️ When you look at your closest colleagues, how do they listen to you? How does the way they listen make you feel, and how is that connected to the trust you have in them? Share with me your thoughts below.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺? 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 – 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹! ⚽ Twice a week, we come together for our Tweekly. It’s more than just a meeting; it’s our “locker room moment.” 🏟️ The idea is simple: one teammate passes the ball to another, and the person they choose shares a quick update – their recent wins, current focus, or challenges they’re tackling. And yes, we literally play with a ball while we do it – making the whole thing even more fun and engaging. 😄 The best part? These short updates offer genuine insights. They help us connect on a deeper level, spot opportunities to collaborate, and build trust across the team. It’s a small ritual that brings clarity and connection, driving us forward together. 🤝 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 – 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱. 🏆 How do you build trust and connection in your team?
